Had two (& later a third) thickshakes between us. Great flavour, generous size. The service leaves something to be desired & you feel like you're incnvenciencing them by ordering something. This is probably because they know people will come no matter what given the price & product. Expect good ice cream at reasonable prices, but poor service.
Very friendly and helpful staff, totally overfill cups and cones in the most delicious way possible! Absolutely would, and probably will, recommend this place to my friends and family!
The worst service that Ive ever seen in Australia. Small towns are usually famous for their friendliness but Ive faced something quite opposite here at this store. I tried two ice creams, pistachio and almond and they were tasteless, so I asked to try a third and the girl serving me refused because apparently you cant try more than two (I usually try at least 4-5 in most places before deciding and no one anywhere in Australia has ever had an issue before). Then another girl came and quite rudely told me that if you want an ice cream you just get one and you dont need to try more than two flavours. Well I like to pay for something I like not something that Im going to throw away after one bite because I couldnt try it.
Amazing store. I go there every holidays my whole family, we love the shop. Wish I could give it 6 out 5 stars but cant
Shop was empty only myself, my husband and our toddler. Fancy that, customer service by the Asian girl reflected the name of the shop STONE COLD - EXTREAMLY RUDE my husband and toddler got their ice cream and after she rolled the ice cream ball for my ice cream I nicely requested a different flavour to which she responded with a huff and a puff massive roll of the eyes threw the ice cream back in the counter and rudely said which other one and by then I was over it and told her I will get one down the road from a nicer place which I did. The place was called "Ice Cream" it was on the same side of the road - way cleaner, the ice cream was delicious and customer service was fantastic. Don't waste your time or money @ COLD STONE. What a joke - I only gave it 1 star because I couldn't pick anything lower in reality it should have got big fat 0
